Park Standards and Best Practices;
Conceptual Plan, Character Sketches, floor plans, elevations, and Costing.
3.B. Work Session 4
Work session(s) with Town staff and stakeholders--could be separate meetings;
Review preferred alternative / preliminary master plan.
3.C. Refine Conceptual Park Plan
Refine park program, preferred alternative plan, sketches, and costing based on discussion with Town staff.
3.D. Work Session 5 and Community Workshop 3
Work session(s) with Town staff and stakeholders--could be separate meetings:
Review refined plan and discuss implementation strategy;
Community Workshop to present preferred alternative;
Post community input on Town website and social media.
3.E. Preferred Park Plan
Document community input;
Refine park program, preferred alternative plan, sketches, and costing.
3.F. Present to Town Council
Deliverables: park program of uses by area (including SF area) as narrative and diagram;
presentation materials, meeting notes with summary of all input, revised plan graphics, character sketches, floor plan elevations, summary narrative, costing and implementation strategy
