Slate River Boat Launch

Location:  85 Pyramid Ave.

Amenities: Boat ramp, staging area, changing rooms

Park Description: Enjoy incredible views of the Slate River Valley as you access the river from this park.  This is the take-out for the Upper-Slate section of river, and the put-in for the Middle-Slate.  The Slate River is a naturally flowing low-volume river that is only floatable during the run-off season. The Slate River Boat Launch is intended to provide access for small watercraft such as duckies, kayaks, paddle boards, and small rafts.
