Project of the Year

Each year in January the Board of Zoning and Architectural Review (BOZAR) holds their annual Year End Review to consider the architectural projects from the previous building season. Members of the BOZAR, public, Town staff and building community are invited to view a presentation of projects in the following categories:
  • New Residential
  • Accessory Buildings
  • Accessory Dwellings
  • Residential Remodels
  • New Commercial
  • Commercial Remodels
In conjunction with effective application of the design guidelines, the Board focuses on the massing, site design, overall architecture and exterior materials in their consideration of all of the projects.  Following the review, the Board selects the most outstanding projects for the year and honors one project with the prestigious Project of the Year Award, followed by numerous honorable mentions.
